Danielle Brustman holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from RMIT. For the past three years she has been working as a designer with various independent theatre and film companies in Melbourne .
Design credits include: The Play about the Baby , Raised in Captivity , Black Milk and Dirty Butterfly for Red Stitch Actors Theatre; Farmyard and The Dumb Waiter for the VCA Directors Season; The Black Swan of Trespass for Stuck Pigs Squealing (Melbourne Fringe, New York Fringe, B Sharp and Malthouse Theatre seasons); And You Can touch it if You Want (Adelaide Fringe Festival).
Danielle has also worked as an assistant designer with the Hoist Theatre on A Family Affair and The Government Inspector .
She recently designed for the short film, Winner , and is currently collaborating with Jacklyn Bassanelli developing a new work through the Next Wave Festival's Kickstart Program.
