Actor: Katie Keady

Katie Keady trained at WAAPA. Prior to this, she gained a BA English (Theatre) from Curtin University before working in WA. Highlights of this time included the state tour of Barking Gecko Theatre Company's Way Home.

Since graduating from WAAPA, theatre credits include The Governor's Family (La Mama), Arms and the Man (Chambers Theatre Company), Lally Katz' Licorice Nurse (VCA Director's Season), and 4XBeckett , Constantly at the Airport and The Black Swan of Trespass (Stuck Pigs Sqealing). Her films includes Getting In (Melbourne Museum of Immigration).

She is currently based in the UK where she has been working in theare and independent film and developing her skills further at the London Actors Centre. Katie will be performing again in The Black Swan of Trespass when it has its season at Playbox in Melbourne later this year.
