Actor: Christopher Brown

A VCA graduate, Christopher is an actor, theatremaker and voice artist whose own work, Mr Phase, was presented by Playbox and the Melbourne International Festival in 2003 and by the Next Wave Festival in 2002.

Christopher has worked with Arena Theatre Company in the development and performance of Eat Your Young, which toured Australia , Taipei and Singapore , and Play Dirty, which premiered at the 2002 Melbourne International Festival. He has also worked with the MTC, NYID, Bell Shakespeare, La Mama, Other Tongue and Eleventh Hour (2003 Green Room Award Nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Drama for his role in Yet Each Man Kills The Thing He Loves ).

Screen credits include: Blue Heelers, Stingers, Sit Down Shut Up, Shock Jock, Shortland Street, High Flyers, Young Hercules, Face of the West (Tropfest 99 finalist), Heartworm (AFC) and Orphans and Angels, for which he was awarded the Jury Prize for Best Performance in a Digital Feature at the 2003 New Zealand Film Awards.
